Doug Mesh II is a new addition to the Vain team, but he knows all too well the ins and outs of the hair industry here in Austin. He began his training with Pivot Point and Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco in 1992. He was drawn to Austin in 1993 by his love of the music, art, and style of this city.
He is a student of all things creative and by staying in the know of what is happening musically and culturally, he has maintained a well-rounded knowledge of everything cool. He is a meticulous artist who shows great concern for his clients. He can handle anything from textured asymmetrical styles to classic coifs and from subtle blended highlights to hand-painted creative color. You can tell Mr. Mesh loves his art.
